Timeline for UC Undergraduate Admission Decisions for fall 2014

For those students anxiously awaiting their admission decisions from UC schools, the time has arrived for decisions to be rendered. The expected dates for decisions are as follows:

Freshman Applicants

UC Riverside – 1/14 Rolling Decision

UC Merced – 3/6 Rolling Decision

UC Davis – 3/14

UCSC and UCSD – 3/15

UC Santa Barbara – 3/17

UC Irvine – 3/17-3/21

UCLA – 3/21

UC Berkeley – 3/27

Transfer Applicants

UC Riverside – 3/1 Rolling Decision

UCSB & UCSC – 3/17 Rolling Decision

UC Merced – 3/18 Rolling Decision

UC Davis, UC Irvine, & UCSD – 4/18

UC Berkeley – 4/25

UCLA – Late April

     There will be freshman waitlists for all campuses with the exception of Merced. Some campuses will use a transfer waitlist for specific majors. It is also possible to be on more than one waitlist. Freshman will be notified no later than June 1^st of their waitlist status. Transfer students will be notified by July 1^st of their waitlist status. If you feel you have reason to file an admission appeal due to new information or to correct an error, those deadlines are:

Freshman applicants – 4/15 (3/28 for UCSC)

Transfer applicants – 5/15 (prior to 5/9 for UCSC)
